Through our comprehensive interviewing and matching process, we’ll identify and understand your biggest strengths and interests to embed you in the best team and company for your professional growth.

We pride ourselves on the hands-on, on-the-job training and coaching we provide our Divers. Most of our Divers undergo a rigorous training session, preparing them for the US work culture and ensuring they meet the expectations of their global clients.

Common questions

Is Oceans fully remote?

Yes, it is. You can work from the comfort of your home and never worry about a long commute again.

Do I have to be based in Sri Lanka?

Yes. For logistical reasons, we currently only hire candidates based in these countries.

Do I get paid in USD?

Yes, we offer competitive compensation packages paid in USD. Not pegged to a foreign currency, you get paid in USD.

Do I have to work US hours?

With our clients based overseas, you will be required to work partially during their time zones, which could mean working evenings and/or into the night. This depends on where you are based, where the client is, and what kind of overlap the job requires.

Can I pick my own client?

Unfortunately, no. However, we take match-making very seriously and are passionate about your long-term growth. We consider your skills, expertise, and areas of interest to ensure the best possible fit.

Will I be given a laptop?

Yes, we will provide a laptop.

Are there any part-time gigs at Oceans?

No, we only have full-time positions.
